On December 12, 2023, the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Pizhou City organized representatives from the provincial and Xuzhou Municipal People's Congress stationed in Pizhou to inspect and research the economic and social development of the whole city in 2023. The representatives visited and inspected the Mingde High School project constructed by Yongcheng Construction. They carefully examined the construction situation of classrooms, office areas, dormitory facilities, and canteen meals.

As a key non-public practical project in the city in 2023, the Mingde Experimental Senior High School project is divided into two phases. The first phase has been completed and put into use, while the second phase, including the teaching building, the administrative office building, and the dormitory building, is in the paving and decoration stage. The steel structure and the stadium stands are already 70% completed, and it is expected to be handed over by the end of March next year. After the project is completed, it will accommodate 60 teaching classes, providing 3,000 high school places. In order to ensure the smooth delivery of the second phase of the project, Yongcheng Construction has carefully arranged the progress plan, deployed funds and materials in advance, and planned manpower usage, using refined management to drive high-quality construction with constant pursuit of excellence, and making every effort to overcome the construction impact caused by adverse weather.
