On October 28, 2023, Liu Guomin, Chairman of Dongfang Group, Liu Qiang, Party Secretary, and Lou Decheng, Deputy General Manager of Yongcheng Company, visited the Wenhe Jiayuan and Mingde High School projects for investigation. Accompanied by project manager Shi He and members of the project team, the Chairman and his delegation conducted on-site investigations of the preparatory work for the Wenhe Jiayuan project delivery and the construction progress of the Mingde High School project.

Minister Shi and the project members reported to the Chairman and his delegation on the current situation and responsibilities of the two projects. The project team actively cooperated with the construction unit to complete various acceptance certificates and documentations before completion inspection, streamlined the completion inspection process, coordinated inspection personnel and schedule, and completed the completion inspection of 15 buildings in one go according to the contract milestones. Secretary Liu and Deputy General Manager Lou also provided constructive and targeted suggestions and opinions on the improvement of project quality standards, project safety and civilized control, project stability maintenance, fund coordination and project audit, and project delivery.

After listening to the speeches from all parties, the Chairman firstly congratulated the project team for their high-quality breakthrough and phased victory in the construction of the Mingde High School project under the triple pressure of tight schedule, heavy tasks, and difficult funding, especially as a people's livelihood project, which has received high attention from leaders at all levels and society. This has made the leaders, society, and the group satisfied.

Secondly, for the funding issues encountered in the project, the group, as a strong backing, will spare no effort to assist in solving them.
